Established as a Society in 1997, the Nose Creek Sports and Recreation Association (NCSRA) is a not-for-profit association. The board is represented by the seven founding member organizations as well as six Directors at Large and four Table Officers. The General Manager is a non-voting member of the board.
Focusing on the big picture, the Board of Directors operates under a ‘results oriented’ governance model. Being accountable for governance, operation and management of the facility allows the board to focus on outcomes, setting Cardel Place up for long term success.
