How do you plan to reach your goal? Make a commitment to personal training sessions to ensure your success and see more results. Whatever your motivation we’ll get you on track and keep you going! For more energy, better fitness, and increased strength, work with one of our certified personal trainers. 

 All Personal Trainer packages include:

• 20 minute start-up consultation

• Pre-training fitness check

• Personalized workout program

• Workouts with your personal trainers (depends on the number of sessions)

• Add a personalized nutrition consultation with a registered nutritionist to any package for $70/hr. For booking inquiries contact 567-4477

 

Note: Personal training packages with 10 or 15 sessions include a post-training fitness check. Download the Program Guide for more information, prices, and available times.

 

If you would like to purchase a Personal Training package, please complete the appropriate questionnaire, along with the Par Q, and Email your completed questionnaire to heather Schmidt (hschmidt@cardelplace.com), fax it to 532-1014, or drop it off at the Cardel Place fitness center.

Fitness Centre Orientation

Are you New to Cardel Place or the Fit­ness Centre? Let one of our fitness centre attendants show you around. This 20 minute orientation ensures you are com­fortable with the equipment available. We will answer all your questions about personal training, programs, fitness cen­tre guidelines, group fitness, and safety procedures to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. Please call the fit­ness centre desk at 567-4478 to set up a free appointment and we’ll happy to show you around.
